El que con ánimo de lucrarse o para satisfacer los deseos de otro, constriña a cualquier persona al comercio carnal o a la prostitución, incurrirá en prisión de nueve (9) a trece (13) años y multa de sesenta y seis (66) a setecientos cincuenta (750) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
