º . Usuario PCS . Para efectos del presente decreto, es usuario PCS quien se sirve de una Red de Servicios de Comunicación Personal -RPCS-. En el evento en que la comunicación sea establecida entre un usuario PCS y un usuario de TMC, se entenderá como usuario PCS el abonado que origine la llamada desde la RPCS.
