El solo hecho de presentar una oferta de compra de acciones del Banco Popular se entenderá como afirmación formal de que el proponente conoce y acepta irrevocablemente los términos y condiciones de la cobertura a que se refiere el artículo anterior y las que establezca el Fondo en desarrollo del presente Decreto sobre los diferentes aspectos de la venta.
