Constelado con fondos nacionales, se erigirá en el cementerio de Bogotá un monumento, para guardar sus restos, que debe inaugurarse el día 7 de marzo de 1938, fecha en que se cumple el centenario de su nacimiento.

Para el cumplimiento de esta disposición, destinase la suma de cinco mil Pesos ($5.000.00).
