º. Los espacios de televisión se clasifican según la franja de audiencia y según su horario. El Consejo Nacional de Televisión clasificará los espacios de televisión según su franja de audiencia. En tal virtud, el consejo determinará una franja especial para la audiencia infantil. Así mismo, el Consejo Nacional de Televisión clasificará los espacios de televisión según su horario, atendiendo, entre otros criterios, la habitual magnitud potencial de la audiencia.
