Artículo primero. Cédase al Municipio de Cali, a titulo gratuito, con destino a la construcción de la Planta de Bombeo de Agua Cruda, para su nuevo acueducto, un lote de terreno de trece mil doscientos metros cuadrados de extensión, tomándolo del que la Nación compro a Agustín Rozo por medio de la escritura número ochocientos treinta y tres, otorgada en la Notaria Segunda de Cali, el 10 de septiembre de 1934, y localizándolo sobre el Angulo sur del referido inmueble, conforme al plano que el señor Gerente de las Empresas Municipales de dicha ciudad remitió al Gobierno Nacional.
