Si las informaciones y explicaciones a las cuales se refiere el artículo 12 no fueren satisfactorias a la Superintendencia, ésta procederá en lo pertinente de conformidad con los artículos 47 de la Ley 45 de 1923 y 5º del Decreto 3233 de 1965.
