La liquidación será adelantada por el actual Director Ejecutivo de la Unidad Nacional de Tierras Rurales, devengará la misma remuneración que tiene decretada a la fecha y estará sujeto al régimen de inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones previstas para este.
