El Secretario General tendrá a su cargo la coordinación de las distintas actividades de la Comisión Nacional de Valores, la certificación y autenticación de los actos de la entidad y del Presidente de la misma, y la administración financiera y de personal, en las condiciones de la delegación que le confiera el Presidente de la Comisión. El Secretario General lo será de la Sala General y del Comité Consultivo.
