Art 1°. Ademas de los requisitos de que trata e1 artículo 364 del Código Fiscal, se necesita, para conceder la nacionalizacion de un buque que el Capitan de papeles o sobrecargo, i la mitad, por lo menos, de la tripulacion, sean colombianos.
