Reuniones por derecho propio. Si quien preside el órgano de administración, sin justa causa no convoca la asamblea, o lo hace por fuera de los términos establecidos, los afiliados se reunirán por derecho propio en la época establecida en los estatutos y en el domicilio del organismo.
