El Gobierno Nacional y la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, en procura del proceso de transparencia y de publicidad en los servicios, sesenta días (60) después de entrada en vigencia la presente ley, deberán presentar un informe del estado actual de las Entidades Promotoras de Salud donde se dará a conocer aspectos, en relación con al cumplimiento de los giros a los prestadores, recaudo y cumplimiento del Plan de Beneficios.
