Art. 5.° Cubiertos que sean todos los gastos que se causen en los referidos útiles hasta entregarlos en la Tesorería jeneral, ésta solicitará de la Secretaría de Hacienda i Fomento, con los documentos justificativos de las erogaciones hechas, la legalizacion definitiva del crédito empleado.
