Conmutación pensional . Para efectos de la conmutación pensional, el Banco Cafetero en Liquidación, presentará para la respectiva aprobación del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público Dirección General del Presupuesto Público Nacional, con el concepto previo de la Dirección General de Regulación Económica de la Seguridad Social de este Ministerio, el cálculo actuarial correspondiente de los pasivos pensionales de que trata el presente decreto.
