Las cuestiones que se susciten con motivo de esta ley ya sea por aplicación de sus disposiciones, ya sea como consecuencia de los actos y hechos jurídicos vinculados con la propiedad intelectual, serán resueltas en primera instancia por el respectivo Juez Municipal o de Circuito, según las reglas generales sobre jurisdicción y competencia, y, en segunda, por el correspondiente superior jerárquico.
