La matrícula de una aeronave Colombiana se anulará en los siguientes casos:

1° Cuando adquiera matricula en otro país por sección autorizada previamente por el Gobierno. Esta autorización será también necesaria cuando se trate de actos que graven o limiten el dominio de la aeronave y que implique la salida de esta del país.

2° Cuando la aeronave deba ser retirada definitivamente del servicio, ajuicio del Gobierno; y

3° Cuando el propietario solicite que se anule.
