º. Casos en los cuales no habrá lugar al pago de las cuotas anuales. No habrá lugar al pago de las cuotas a que se refiere el artículo anterior, cuando durante los primeros cuatro (4) meses del respectivo año se produzca la cancelación de la inscripción de los títulos en el Registro Nacional de Valores e Intermediarios.
