Artículo primero. En las facturas consulares y demás documentos de embarque qué amparen despachos, de mercancías para Colombia, podrá suplirse el nombre de la nave transportadora y el de su capitán, por el nombre de la empresa, marítima a que la nave pertenezca y el número del viaje correspondiente, o por cualquiera otro signo convencional que sea autorizado por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
