°. Procesos de selección . Para la celebración de los contratos a los que se refiere el literal a) del artículo 4° del presente decreto, el ente territorial seleccionará al contratista de acuerdo con el procedimiento a que se refiere el Capítulo II del presente decreto. La selección de los contratistas del contrato de concesión del servicio educativo se realizará con base en lo establecido al respecto por la Ley 80 de 1993 o las normas que la modifiquen o sustituyan.
