Los Presidentes y Vicepresidentes de las Juntas Directivas de las Cámaras de Comercio deberán elegirse por esta de entre sus miembros principales para el período de un (1) año, pudiendo ser reelegidos indefinidamente, como también removidos en cualquier momento.
