El artículo segundo del Decreto 2656 de 1998 quedará así: "A partir del 1º de enero del año 2005, la reserva para siniestros ocurridos no avisados del ramo de seguro de riesgos profesionales se sujetará al régimen general previsto en el artículo 7º del Decreto 839 de 1991 o la norma que lo modifique, adicione o sustituya".
