º. Cuando una convención o pacto colectivo, laudo arbitral, contrato sindical, contrato individual o cuando el patrono por mera liberalidad consagre una prestación igual o similar a la señalada en el artículo 7º de la Ley 11 de 1984, se aplicará íntegramente la más favorable al trabajador, de acuerdo a lo señalado en el artículo 21 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.
