Dirección y Representación Legal . La Dirección del Fondo para la Participación y el Fortalecimiento Democrático, será ejercida por el Ministro del Interior o por quien este delegue, quien tendrá la representación legal y la ordenación del gasto. El Fondo para la Participación y el Fortalecimiento Democrático no contará con dependencias ni planta de personal propias. Para el desarrollo de su objeto se apoyará en la estructura administrativa y en los funcionarios del Ministerio del Interior.
