El Alcalde del respectivo Municipio es el competente para imponer las multas de que trata el artículo 8º de la Ley 57 de 1926, de oficio, por denuncio de la Oficina del Trabajo o por querella del damnificado. Para ello se seguirá el procedimiento sumario.
