Modifíquese el artículo 2 .7.2.5.10 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 2.7.2.5.10. Cobro coactivo. Los actos administrativos expedidos por las entidades concedentes del monopolio de apuestas permanentes o chance, en los cuales se determinen los derechos y sanciones derivadas del incumplimiento de las obligaciones relativas al monopolio de apuestas permanentes o chance, serán exigibles por jurisdicción coactiva".
