Adóptase el programa: "Plan Nacional de Investigación Sociojurídica", con el fin de hacer un uso mas eficiente de los recursos técnicos, humanos y económicos destinados al fomento de la investigación Sociojurídica, así como para la colaboración en este ámbito entre las entidades comprometidas en su fomento, a través del desarrollo de proyectos comunes que permitan su cofinanciación y una mayor cobertura, eficiencia y eficacia de investigaciones que persigan una mayor articulación del sistema jurídico colombiano a la realidad social, política y económica del país.
