Una orden o promesa de pagar es incondicional para los efectos de esta Ley, aunque vaya acompañada:

1° De la indicación de un fondo determinado para hacer el pago o de una cuenta especial que haya de debitarse con el monto de él;

2° De la constancia de la transacción que da origen al instrumento.

Pero una orden o promesa de pagar únicamente con un fondo determinado es condicional.
