TRAMITE. Las acciones revocatorias y de simulación se tramitarán ante el juez civil del circuito especializado si lo hubiere o juez civil del circuito del domicilio del deudor, por el trámite del proceso verbal de mayor y menor cuantía que regula el Código de Procedimiento Civil, el cual no suspenderá ni afectará el curso del trámite liquidatorio. El juez y el tribunal darán prelación a estos procesos, so pena de incurrir en mala conducta, salvo que prueben causa que justifique la demora. Vigente desde: 20/12/1995 y hasta el: 26/12/2006
