º. CONTROL Y VIGILANCIA. El Banco está sometido al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria. La Contraloría General de la República fiscalizará únicamente lo que concierne al aporte patrimonial público y la percepción de las utilidades correspondientes, teniendo en cuenta que el patrimonio social del Banco no es un bien fiscal, sino un patrimonio propio, independiente y separado, afecto a la obtención de los fines sociales del Banco, manejado con plena autonomía administrativa.
