º . Transcurrido un (1) mes sin que el Fondo de Reconstrucción RESURGIR hubiere expedido la resolución por la cual se resuelva el recurso de reposición éste se entenderá negado, quedará en firme el acto recurrido y, en consecuencia, no procederá decisión alguna sobre el mismo.
