ARTICULO 12 . Adóptanse como legislación permanente las siguientes disposiciones del Decreto legislativo 099 de 1991: Artículo 1º. Para todos los efectos de ley, los artículos del Decreto legislativo 2790 de 1990, que se incluyen a continuación quedarán así: estatuto, por causa o por motivo de esos cargos o dignidades o por razón del ejercicio de sus funciones, estarán sujetos a pena de prisión de quince (15) a veinticinco (25) años y multa de cincuenta (50) a doscientos (200) salarios mínimos legales mensuales.
