Si la lesión produjere desfiguración facial, deformidad física reparables, o perturbación psíquica transitoria, la pena será de seis meses a cinco años de prisión y multa de ciento a dos mil pesos. Si la desfiguración o la deformidad fueren permanentes, la pena será de uno a seis años de prisión y multa de ciento a cuatro mil pesos.
