ARTICULO 23. REQUISITOS GENERALES DE LAS SOCIEDADES CONCESIONARIAS DEL SERVICIO. Las sociedades que aspiren a ser adjudicatarias de la concesión para la prestación del servicio de telefonía móvil celular, deben estar constituidas en Colombia, conforme a las condiciones y requisitos establecidos por la legislación colombiana, en especial el Código de Comercio.
