ARTICULO 108. Prohibiciones . No se podrá nombrar en ningún cargo de la Contraloría a los concejales que hubieren intervenido en la elección del contralor, ni al compañero o compañera permanente de los mismos ni a sus parientes hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad o primero civil. La infracción de lo dispuesto en este artículo, constituye causal de mala conducta.
