La Superintendencia Bancaria de Colombia continuará ejecutando las apropiaciones comprometidas antes de la expedición del presente decreto, por parte de la Caja de Previsión Social de la Superintendencia Bancaria, Capresub en Liquidación. De igual manera se aplicará este procedimiento para la ejecución de las reservas presupuestales y cuentas por pagar constituidas.
