Pensión por incapacidad absoluta y permanente. Los alumnos de las Escuelas de Formación de Oficiales y Suboficiales que sean dados de baja por incapacidad absoluta y permanente adquirida en actos relacionados con el servicio, tendrán derecho a que el Tesoro Público le pague una pensión mensual vitalicia, así

Alferes, la que corresponda en todo tiempo al ciento por ciento (100%) del sueldo básico de un Subteniente;

Cadetes, la que corresponda en todo tiempo al setenta y cinco por ciento (75%) del sueldo básico de un Subteniente;

Alumnos de la Escuela de Formación de Suboficiales, la que corresponda en todo tiempo al setenta y cinco por ciento (75%) del sueldo básico de un Cabo Segundo.
