Art. Único. Apruébase el contrato celebrado entre el Poder Ejecutivo i Nicolas Pereira Gamba, en 6 de noviembre de 1872, sobre concesión de la garantía del siete por ciento a los capitales que se inviertan en la construcción de una vía férrea que ponga en comunicación el alto con el bajo Magdalena, i en la de un puente colgante sobre el río de este nombre.
