Cuando varios individuos tengan terrenos de pastos, contiguos, que no puedan dividirse por cercas, i por ello no pueda evitarse que las bestias de los unos pasen a los terrenos de los otros, cualquiera de los interesados puede pedir al Juez declare tales terrenos sujetos a las reglas de los terrenos comunes, para el solo efecto de mantenimiento de bestias i ganados.
