Artículo noveno . Prima de Riesgo. Los empleados públicos que prestan los servicios de conductor a los Ministros y Directores de Departamento Administrativo, tendrán derecho a una prima mensual de riesgo, equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) de su asignación básica mensual, la cual para efectos legales no constituye factor salarial.
