Art. 2.º Cuando se pidan copias de procesos civiles ó criminales y se disponga su compulsa á costa del interesado, éste pagará los gastos de Escribiente á razón de diez centavos ($ 0.10) oro por hoja, si se valiere de algunos de los Escribientes del Tribunal ó juzgado que ordenó la expedición de la copia. Estos derechos corresponderán en su totalidad al Escribiente que la compulsare. Cada plana debe contener veinticuatro renglones y cada renglón ocho palabras.
