ARTICULO 52. COMITES O GRUPOS DE TRABAJO EXTERNOS. - El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores podrá integrar y reglamentar el funcionamiento de comités o grupos de trabajo interinstitucionales de carácter asesor o consultivo, con o sin la participación del sector privado, para auscultar la opinión de expertos sobre materias relacionadas con los intereses internacionales del país.
