Reapertura del ramo. La entidad aseguradora que opte por el cierre del ramo de seguro de terremoto y posteriormente solicite su reapertura, deberá restituir el monto liberado a la fecha en que se notificó del acto administrativo que revocó la autorización para operar el ramo. Este monto se debe indexar con el Índice de Precios al Consumidor y destinar para la constitución de la reserva de riesgos catastróficos.
