El monto de los gastos que se financiarán con los recursos que se someten a consideración del Congreso de la República en virtud del proyecto de ley de financiamiento que se presentará al Congreso en los términos del artículo 347 de la Constitución Política, ascienden a la suma de UN BILLON CIENTO SESENTA Y TRES MIL MILLONES DE PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($1.163.000.000.000) con lo cual el presupuesto total de apropiaciones, se fija en un valor de CIENTO DIECISIETE BILLONES QUINIENTOS NOVENTA Y CUATRO MIL DOSCIENTOS TREINTA Y TRES MILLONES QUINIENTOS TRECE MIL DOSCIENTOS UN PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($117.594.233.513.201).
