La Comisión Asesora Principal será el Organo Auxiliar de la Reunión de El Ministros de Educación, informará el orden del día y las propuestas que se eleven a la Reunión y evaluará, periódicamente, el cumplimiento de sus decisiones. Esta Comisión estará integrada por los Secretarios Nacionales o por el representante que el El Ministro de Educación de cada país designe.
