El Banco o Sección Hipotecaria que haya emitido cédulas Hipotecarias de valor menor del señalado en el artículo precedente, procederá a recogerlas dentro del primer trimestre de 1914, bajo la pena que se declare caducada la concesión que haya obtenido del gobierno, de conformidad con la ley 24 de 1905.
