° Todos los bonos ó títulos de concesión de baldíos que hayan surtido sus efectos en expedientes fenecidos, serán anulados haciéndoles la correspondiente anotación en el mismo documentó, y dando aviso al Ministerio de Obras Públicas para que se anoten en el Libro de Registro respectivo.
