Prohibición de cambio de modalidad . De ninguna manera se permitirá el ingreso de vehículos de otra modalidad al Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Especial. No se podrá realizar el cambio de modalidad de los vehículos de Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Especial, exceptuando el cambio a la modalidad de Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Mixto, siempre y cuando cuenten con la homologación para esta última modalidad y que el modelo no sea de una antigüedad superior a diez (10) años.
