El Juez Municipal del lugar de ubicación del inmueble será competente para conocer de los conflictos que se originen en los contratos a que se refiere la presente Ley, los cuales serán decididos por los trámites del proceso verbal que regula el Título XXIII del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Los Procuradores Agrarios quedan facultados para intervenir en estos procesos. Las actuaciones a que se refiere este artículo, se surtirán en papel común y los documentos y pruebas que se pretenda hacer valer en ellos estarán exentos del impuesto de timbre nacional.
