Para ser miembro de la Junta de Propietarios, se requiere tener propiedad inmueble o ser, representante legal de la persona jurídica propietaria de inmueble en la zona de influencia de la obra. Los votos consignados por personas extrañas no tendrán validez. Los propietarios podrán votar, por sus propios nombres. Quien dejare de ser propietario en la zona de influencia, perderá su condición de miembro de la Junta.
