Vigencia y derogatoria . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga la Sección 2 del Capítulo 2 del Título 4 de la Parte 4 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1066 de 2015, así como todas aquellas normas que le sean contrarias.
